Arriving with clean, makeup-free lashes helps the appointment start on time and gives Judy a clear view of your natural lash line to work with.

The Consultation Comes First

Every appointment starts with a conversation, not a treatment. Judy will ask about the look you have in mind, take a look at your natural lashes or brows, and talk through what’s realistic for your eye shape and goals before anything begins.

Settling In

Appointments take place in a calm, private setting, and you’ll be comfortably reclined for the full service. Many lash appointments also include a complimentary ten-minute foot massage partway through, so it’s a good excuse to actually relax instead of checking your phone.

How Long It Takes

A full set of lash extensions typically takes seventy to ninety minutes, depending on the style. Other services vary in length, and Judy will give you a clearer time estimate once your look is decided during the consultation.

Aftercare Starts Immediately

Before you leave, you’ll get simple, specific guidance on caring for your new look, along with a natural point to book your next appointment if you’d like one. If anything is unclear once you’re home, it’s always fine to call or message with questions.
